S系列创达插件机

S840 插件机配有双臂双头，采用EtherCAT总线控制，直线电机，0.1μs级指令周期，根据插件组装要求,可以单独设置每个轴的插件压力。

供料器设计为独立台车备料模块，和独立托盘模块，便于机种更迅捷更换。前后配备2个多光谱零件像机，零件识别覆盖内存条，适用于变压器，IC，电容，贴片料等。能够胜任更多的插件、贴标、

贴片、组装复杂的任务。

标准配置了底部弯脚，夹爪交换站。

插件精度3西格玛，+/-35um，CPK≥1.33

The S840 insertion machine is equipped with a dual-arm, dual-head structure, featuring EtherCAT control and a linear motor with a 0.1μs command cycle. Each axis can be individually configured for insertion pressure, ensuring precise and stable assembly performance.

The feeder system is designed with independent cart modules and tray modules, allowing for faster and more flexible product changeovers. With dual multispectral component cameras on the front and rear, the system provides advanced recognition capabilities for transformers, ICs, capacitors, chip components, and even memory modules, making it capable of handling insertion, labeling, mounting, and complex assembly tasks.

Standard configurations include lead bending and a gripper exchange station.

The S840 guarantees insertion accuracy at 3-Sigma ±35μm with CPK ≥ 1.33.
